Dr. Caroline is a Board Eligible member of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is a native of Lafayette and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University. During her time at LSU, she discovered her love for pediatric dentistry while working at PDS!
Dr. Caroline received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. She completed a residency in pediatric dentistry at the LSU School of Dentistry, where she served as chief resident. During her time in residency,
Dr. Caroline trained at the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans and Ochsner Health Center for Children. She has received advanced training in general anesthesia, treatment of medically and physically compromised patients, orthodontics, and growth and development of children.
Dr. Caroline maintains active membership in dental societies including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and the Greater Baton Rouge Dental Association. She enjoys participating in philanthropy in her local community and has traveled to several locations throughout South America as a missionary to provide dental care to those in need.
Dr. Caroline resides in Baton Rouge with her husband, Dr. Matthew Rolfsen, their daughter Margaret, and their golden retriever, Millie.
